A prescribed clinical plan to achieve your skin goals
A Skin Consultation with our Medical Nurses & Beauty Therapists should be the first step when considering skin treatments and products.
During an in-depth, 30-minute Skin Consultation you will receive a ScanX skin analysis. The ScanX takes distinct photographs of your skin that examines both lower and upper skin layers. You will then be guided through a personal skin therapy journey which includes clinical treatments and evidenced-based, in-house product recommendations, tailored to your lifestyle, budget and skin goals.

Science has proven that the key to healthy, glowing skin isn’t just about skincare products and treatments, many health and lifestyle factors (including stress and gut health) play a part too.
The skin is a great barometer of what is going on inside the body. If there are any imbalances in our overall health or lifestyle, usually our skin is the first place we notice problems.
This is why we take a holistic approach to Skin Consultations. Understanding more about your overall health and lifestyle helps us to work out what is going on with your skin and the best course of action.
WHAT WE DO
The Consultation
We start by gathering your history and information to build your skin story. Your clinician will then discuss your overall health, skin history, lifestyle, home skincare routine, and clinical treatment history to establish the best process to reach your skin goals.
Skin analysis with advanced skin diagnostic facial scanner.
After we have a good picture of your skin concerns and goals, we can see what’s going on from the deepest layers of your skin right through to the surface.
Your clinician will cleanse your skin and conduct a thorough assessment using our skin diagnostic skin analysis as well as a visual assessment.
By seeing what’s going on at both the epidermal and dermal level of your skin we can see any skin irregularities which helps to identify the best course of action to return your skin to balance.
Tailored
Personalised Treatment Plan
Your clinician will walk you through your very own personalised treatment plan. The plan will be tailored to give you the best possible outcome with your skin goals and will be all-inclusive of your clinical treatments and our in-house home care to align with your budget and lifestyle.
We will only recommend products and treatments that are evidence-based, meaning products and treatments that have undergone rigorous scientific studies and clinical trials that prove their efficacy.
Skin Consultations cover a lot of information, but don’t worry, your clinician will document your treatment and home skincare schedule. This will change from time to time as your skin evolves with treatments and as your needs change.
Great skin is a journey and commitment – think of it like how we need to continue to move our bodies for health, you’re not going to maintain results if you stop your fitness routine. Part of the Skin Consultation process requires a commitment from you to your skin goals and treatment plan and our staff will work with you along the way to help you continue to care for your skin long-term.
INVESTMENT
How Much is a Consultation?
Skin Consultations are $50 which is redeemable on products on the day of the appointment.
If you decide not to purchase product/s or go ahead with the treatment plan the $50 is charged as a ‘Consultation Fee’ to cover the 30-minute appointment and our staff’s time to provide you with comprehensive, expert advice.
