A consultation is performed. Shades of teeth are compared. Safety googles are worn to protect from the LED light . If you have sensitive teeth, a de sensitive gel can be applied. The peroxide is applied for 20 mins at a time, teeth are cleaned in between . Approx 3 x 20min sessions are required in the appt to achieve results.
