During your consultation, we will review your medical and cosmetic treatment history, your skincare routine, lifestyle, and aesthetic goals and expectations. We educate you on a holistic treatment plan that could include the use of; non-surgical cosmetic procedures; energy-based devices; and skincare that can be included into your routine. We take the time to make sure that your treatment plan aligns with your aspirations before assisting with planning the best time to schedule these treatments, in what order to undertake them, and then take you through associated risks and appropriate aftercare.

During your first consultation, our team will assess your skin / overall facial structure and discuss your concerns and desired results. We will then recommend a personalised treatment plan, customised to your unique journey with us. A thorough past medical history is taken to ensure the treatments we discuss are appropriate for you. We will assess your background, skin quality and listen closely to your desired results. There are risks to all procedures whether this be a skin service or an aesthetic medical treatment, so here at Dermaluxe Beauty as part of our consultation process we will ensure we have discussed all risks and signed consent forms for your treatments. Our mission here at Dermaluxe Beauty is to instil confidence and ensure you feel comfortable in your own skin. We will provide you a detailed treatment plan and discuss a rage of treatment options for each concern you may have.

At Dermaluxe Beauty we offer 30 minute consultation appointments, these are $50 however this is redeemable off treatment undertaken and or booked in on the day. Pricing is discussed with our nurses after consultation.

24 Hours notice is required for rescheduling and cancellation of appointments. Deposits are strictly non-refundable. They will be forfeited and NOT be redeemed on treatments at a later date if you cancel within 24hours of your appointment and/or miss your scheduled appointment. In any case were a deposit has not been taken and the patient cancels within 24 hours and/or misses their scheduled appointment, Dermaluxe Beauty reserves the right to charge 50% of the procedure price booked as a cancellation fee.
