10mL Hydr8 B5 – Medik8’s favourite liquid hydration serum. Infuses the skin with intense hydration and long-lasting moisture leaving the complexion feeling soft, nourished and restored.
15mL Ultimate Recovery – An intensely rich, restorative cream for dry, compromised and post-treatment skin. Deeply hydrating and comforting, it creates a protective barrier to shield skin from everyday irritants while keeping moisture locked in tight.
15 mL – Physical Sunscreen – A high-performance SPF50+ sunscreen that provides powerful broad spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays. Reinforced with anti-pollution, anti-infrared, and anti-glycation technologies. Perfect for protecting the skin from the sun and environmental aggressors while maintaining a healthy skin barrier.
Calmwise Soothing Cleanser – Every morning and evening, pump a small amount of Calmwise Soothing Cleanser into the palm of the hand and massage into moistened face and neck. Gently remove foam by splashing with water and pat face dry.
Hydr8 B5 – After cleansing in the morning and evening, apply a small amount of Ultimate Recovery Intense where necessary. Leave to absorb before applying sunscreen.

Physical Sunscreen – Apply Physical Sunscreen every morning, as the final step in your skincare routine. Shake before use and apply a ¼ teaspoon amount of Physical Sunscreen to the face, adding more for exposed neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye area. Apply the sunscreen at least 20 minutes before sun exposure, and reapply during the day for maximum protection. If in direct sunlight, the sunscreen should be reapplied every 2 hours.
